There is no way to cheat on my diet. You may have heard of HAES (Health At Every Size) That means if you follow HAES you can weigh 1/2 a ton and still be healthy are a horse. I have a better plan than HAES. It is call EATT or Eat All The Time and if you don't like that I have FATT which is Food All The Time. You can't cheat on these diets. They are every bit as effective as HAES but even more glutton friendly.Eatin ain't cheatin!
