2011 New Year's Weight Loss Resolution Day 5: Down to 212

Well, after my New Year's Eve debauchery that included malted beverages and tortilla chips I did not think my New Year's Day weigh-in would show shrinkage.

I thought wrong.

At this morning's weigh-in I was down to 212.

5 pounds less than when I began this descent to 180.

Which means I have 32 pounds left to disappear.

This morning I did a weight lifting routine and some yoga before having a breakfast of scrambled eggs, mixed with chili, topped with shredded cheese, turkey bacon, celery, a grapefruit, one Cutie orange and a glass of milk.

See, you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. You just have to eat right, eat less and exercise more.
